Warranty

At Evacktech we offer a 6 month testing period on all components minumum in accordance to Section 56 of the CPA but some products may have longer warranty periods stretching up to 2 years as will be labled in the relevant Components product description. We offer 1-2 Years warranty on desktops, see the product description for the specific warranty timeframe.

Process

May you have an issue with your component / your component has become defective or your desktop is causing you issues within the warranty time frame then make sure to head to the form below to describe your issue and make sure to include the serial number of the component or the order number of your PC. Evacktech holds the right to grant you a refund or not depending on the issue stated.

Repairs/Extra

We have a fair testing procedure which will usually last between 1-3 weeks depending on availability of our technicians and if your component is deemed faulty we will make sure to provide you with a suitable replacement.
