At Evack Tech, we strive to offer the best products available. Some items may not be in our immediate stock but can be ordered from our suppliers. If a product is not available with our suppliers, we will promptly inform you via email and provide suitable replacement options.
Placing an immediate payment to our bank account will expedite the processing of your order, as we begin preparing your product only after payment clearance. Please note that not all PCs will perform exactly as estimated.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Evack Tech, its employees, and agents harmless from any liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses arising from any claims or actions brought against Evack Tech due to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising from your use of this website.
Warranty
Most of our products come with up to a 2-year warranty. Please note, some of our Graphics Cards are Refurbished and may not include a warranty but we still recommend these parts, as they are of high quality and do not encounter issues. We put all our parts through a continuous 8 hour stringent stress test on unigine heaven before sending them out to ensure top quality and performance is met.

At Evacktech we offer a 6 month testing period on all components minumum in accordance to Section 56 of the CPA but some products may have longer warranty periods stretching up to 2 years as will be labled in the relevant Components product description. We offer 1-2 Years warranty on desktops, see the product description for the specific warranty timeframe.

Our warranty procedure requires testing of the card and may take 1-3 weeks to recieve the replacement depending on the workload our technician may have at that time. We first offer repairs on cards that may become faulty and if repairs don't fix the issue, we will supply a suitable replacement for the card or a *refund depending on the circumstance of the card.

GAMING PCs
Our PCs generally take 2-3 weeks to arrive at the customer's address after payment has been received. In the event that a limited edition PC is purchased, we offer repairs for limited edition PCs if an issue arises within one month of purchase. The company will not be liable in the following situations:

The PC is tested and found to have no issues.

The PC is damaged by the owner through high GPU overusage which may include but is not limited to actvities such as crypto mining.
By adhering to these rules, you legally accept these terms and absolve us of liability.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with a purchased product, you may return it within 7 days. A repackaging fee of up to 15% will apply. The product must be in good condition for resale.

Windows
All our PCs come with Windows 10 Home (unactivated edition). This means the PC will function normally but cannot be personalized. This version helps save you R2600 on Windows costs.

Cancellation Fees
Refunds on orders after 3 days from the order date will incur a small fee up to 25% to facilitate the resale of the product.
*Refunds provided by Evacktech on warranties or cancellation fees may not be subject to the full amount depending on the circumstances.
